Student Mentor Program

The foundation of REGA’s future in the commercial real estate industry remains with the next generation of the industry’s employees. REGA’s mentoring program is designed to identify student leaders, introduce them to our membership, and guide them toward future employment.

The Board encourages the membership to get to know our student leaders and be available to answer their questions. Students are selected annually, introduced at each monthly meeting, and invited to attend the annual dinner. The mentoring program runs from August 1 to July 31.

Larry Jarema leads this effort and is available to facilitate introductions. Click here to email Larry with questions.
